PENANG, -- A four to six-week laboratory facilitated by PEMANDU, Khazanah Nasional in kickstarting the Federal Government’s preparation for the Greater Penang Transformation Programme will be held for the public and private sectors.
The state is set to benefit from a total investment of RM17.9billion to upgrade physical infrastructure and to enhance access as well as connectivity.
